A block holds only rows for one table. Each block can have multiple rows with different rowhash values. You can control the blocksize and
freespace percentage systemwide via DBS control and at a table level with create/alter table. Fastload and Multiload to an empty table respect
the freespace value. Blocks will be filled as much as possible up to the freespace percentage. NUPIs will be in the same datablocks (one or
more depending on the count, rowsize, blocksize, and freespace). There is a good discussion of these topics in Chapter 3 of Database
Administration and Chapter 10 of Database Design. The Ferret utility can show you the datablock sizes for a table.
