Verify that your userid has execute privilages on the 'dummy' macros that allow you to execute console utilities. (You may not have these
privilages on the DBS where the menus are not appearing.)
Verify that you are using the correct (Teradata Manager) 'Profile' when you initially logon thru Teradata Manager.
Also look at the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NCR\TeradataManager\07.02.00.00\Profiles\\AppSpecific\RCONSUTILS
(Where is the name of your DBS system)
This should list the console utilities you have access to. (Compare it to the windows PC where it works for you.)
