We're on ...

     RELEASE        V2R.06.01.01.27
     VERSION        06.01.01.28

and we get the same error.

Workaround is ...

     diagnostic "usestats,amps=4" on for session;
     MODIFY PROFILE ...

(remember to log off session after modifying profile!)

I understand fix is in DR103561; target release = 7.0.0?
