 Frank: I can't tell how much of your response is tongue in cheek... I didn't think that I needed to include an example as they have examples in the SQL DML manual under UPDATE (Upsert Form) or under MERGE which
is the ANSI standard. I found the UPDATE (Upsert form) less to type when converting the UPDATE and INSERT that DataStage create.
