I once tried to publish the Teradata Manager in Dashboard format.... I used ASP.Net and framework 2. Since it was quite new at the time I was looking at it, I decided to use the built in COMs that are developed for monitoring with the Teradata manager. You have two option, one is to use the coms and capture the data directly against the database and the other is to go against the Teradata Manager server and use that data. For charts I have used Crystal Report Charts since MS Charts are not easy to play with. Hope this helps.
