Hi,

     Where substr( field1, 1, 1 ) between 0 and 9 and
           substr( field1, 2, 1 ) between 0 and 9 and
           substr( field1, 3, 1 ) between 0 and 9 and
           substr( field1, 4, 1 ) between 0 and 9

will do the job.
