It sounds like you have a SQL Query override in place, if that's the case, make absolutely certain that the ORDER of the fields listed in the select statement MATCH exactly, the order of the fields in the Source Qualifier, and further that all fields in the SQ (with the override) are connected downstream (to the next transformation).

Finally, make sure you've upgraded your ODBC connection.

By the way, 8.1.1 Informatica has some tremendous fixes in the area of connections to Teradata....
