Hello, I would highly recommend looking at the Teradata University Network - if you are a university student, you may be able to join if your University has already setup an account. I would also recommend Teradata Magazine on-line, the tech-2-tech articles over the years are a wonderful resource for describing technical issues and solutions. This forum is also on the web, along with Teradata Documentation (another great resource). Nothing better than knowing the manuals, in this case, the manuals are extremely well written. Any articles you can dig up on VLDB, VLDW, (search the web), high volume & performance, and of course MPP architecture - this will help as well. Normalized data modeling (as opposed to star-schema), and Hash Indexing in an MPP environment. A firm grasp of MPP (massively parallel processing) architecture is a cornerstone of knowledge that you should not miss, it will help in your data modeling architecture. Hope this helps, Dan Linstedt
