If you have access to the Database Window, you can use the Supervisor Window (CNSTERM 6) to issue the commands "DISABLE LOGONS" & "ENABLE
LOGONS" to disable and enable logons to Teradata. I think this way the logons are restricted at Teradata Gateway.
