If the user is authorized for multiple Account strings, you can select one at login (otherwise it will default to the first one) - see LOGON
syntax for details. A Performance Group can use milestones to automatically change the Allocation Group (and therefore the relative priority)
during the request, but Priority Scheduler will not change the Performance group.
You could potentially include all the Performance Periods and corresponding Allocation Groups in the definition of a single Performance
Group.
The only way to change the Performance Group of a session after login is to use the PM/API "SET SESSION ACCOUNT" request (e.g. using PMON or
your own custom application).
