The SQL is shown in the logs, just as it always has been. Good enough depends on your perspective, and what you want to do. Your questions are too generic to be answered with any decent specifics. The docs walk through which transformations push-down under what circumstances, push- down is young like any new release and must evolve over time.

I think I know what you're asking, but to be sure, you've got to give me more details about what you want to do.
