ODBC DateTimeFormat setting is confusing. An "I" or "A" in the first position controls whether the driver requests INTEGERDATE or ANSIDATE mode
at session logon. But an "I" in the second or third position causes the ODBC driver to attempt to quietly rewrite your SQL - including DDL! - to
eliminate TIME or TIMESTAMP respectively.
If you don't want to use "AAA" because of possible dependence on INTEGERDATE, then IMHO the only other acceptable choice is "IAA".
