Yeah verily, it doth! I've encountered several MicroStranglese queries that were simple to rewrite using a QUALIFY, and just zoomed (of course I checked the 'SPLAIN first) after the application of that verb (wait, maybe it's an adverb?). Of course, MicroStrangity doesn't know about the Qualify, so we had to roll our own.
