How to accomplish something like that ?

Table has 2 columns:

     Col1    Col2

     1          A
     2          B
     3          C

I would like to create a table where all of this would be in one column?

     Col1    Col2      Col3

     1       A         1
     2       B         2
     3       C         3
                       A
                       B
                       C

Col1 and Col2 are not nullable.
