NOLOGGING is Oracle syntax.
In Teradata there's a NO LOG option, which switches off Transient Journal, but it's only for temporary tables.
You probably know, what happens to your data if there must to be a rollback without journal? It's corrupted...

How do you load?
Why don't you use one of the existing load tools, e.g. MultiLoad?
