Number of concurrent Fastload/mload and fastexport sessions allowed is set in DBScontrol setting MAxLoadTasks (item 11 in general). Default is 5.

You can use Tenacity in your mloads and fastloads so that it will try every 6 minutes for the time set in Tenacity. Fastexports are also counted in this limit and I believe Tenacity can be used on them.

When you start using TASM with V2R6.1 this limit changes, but I cannot give specifics. You can also run TASM V2R6.0.1 (not sure of actual version in V2R6.0).
