Default is 5 but for a long time (since V2R3?) you can raise the system limit to as many as 15 via dbscontrol.

Just be aware that more concurrency may not always mean more throughput. What does your CPU and I/O consumption look like with 5? If maxed out, you can get more to start sooner but at the expense of average run ending later.
