Check DBSControl Field 20. RoundHalfwayMagUp

I believe that yours would be set = False

If you change it you should revalidate and PPI table headers, as suggested by the documentation.

     Teradata RDBMS Database Administration pg 2-29

     revalidate PPI table
     headers after:

     * You changed decimal
     rounding via the DBS
     Control field
     RoundHalfwayMagUp
