The first thing you could do is do some analysis on priority scheduling. If you configure your scheduler, then you would be able to reserve
resources on the system to a set of users(applications). You can not dedicate certain nodes to some applications. If you have RSS logging, DBQL
logging you can analyze the system behavior.
