Hi all,

I'm configuring alert policies using Teradata manager 7.1.

Alert viewer utility works well, showing alerts according to the active alert policies.

On the other hand, alert actions never works (banner, write to log, email, etc.). Teradata manager ignores all actions configured at active policy.

Any tip or suggestion ?

Looking at tmgr.log, I can see the following messages:
