I made a mistake in the statement for the MLOAD

when dttm is defined as char(16)

     .Field dttm CHAR(16)

the Insert into the timestamp(0) would look like

     INSERT
     table_timestamp

     .....
     values
     (
     :dttm (format 'YYYYMMDDHHMISS')
     ....
     )
