Ok, let's admit it. Multiset's were added because "Oracle can do it" so Teradata got whined at enough they had to add it for all people who
whined. I am (as some people say, unfortunately) a pretty theoretical dba, so I abhor multisets. But I just checked with a compadre of mine,
who's the best non-theoretical type dba I know, and he ALSO has no use for them. His comment is, "They cause more problems then they solve.".
Anyway, I thought I'd just add to the "warmth" of the conversation! (I love this forum!).
