Mohammod,

First make sure old versions are removed.

You also cannot just install the ODBC patch. You don't get the related software. If you install from the TTU disks it will automatically install the related software assuming you are talking Windows installation.

Make sure you also have compatible versions (same TTU) of ICU, GSS and ODBC.

MLOAD uses CLI so make sure your have proper version of CLI, GSS, ICU, PIOM.
