Were you able to run the query using other interface like SQL assistant at all? If so can you check what is the max spool you are utilizing for that session. Is this a simple SELECT fields from table or is this a complicated SQL? In that case you may want to re-write it.

I don't think increasing your session limit may fix the problem as already mentioned here earlier.
