This means that the set of DDL statements cannot be submitted as one so called Multi-Statement Request (MSR), and that's apparently what the tool is doing. I don't know how to fix this within the tool (I am not a particular fan of such tools, which I mentioned on a few occasions, so I am not following them).

What you could do is just run the script in BTEQ.
