Srikanth, Your system had an unscheduled tpareset. The crashdumps sessions capture the state of the Teradata system (similar to a core dump) at the time the system crashed. You will see the crashdumps threads active until they are finished writing the dump data to the Crashdumps database. If you don't have the Customer Care Link, you should call your NCR field engineer. If you do have Customer Care Link, your engineer has already been notified. In the meantime, look at PMON and see if all your nodes are up. You might be running degraded. Good luck, Yonina
