I'm sure Carrie will have something more interesting to say, but the rows for DBQL are sometimes inserted by different AMPs. The AMPs take their timestamps from the clocks on the TPA nodes. If these are not in sync, you will see weird results like this. Your administrator should make sure that the clocks on all nodes are synchronized, probably by running NTP.
