If I have understood your requirement correctly, we have achieved what you are asking by setting the default profile to 'ALL', at both 5.0.0 and 5.0.2 sw levels.

There is a bug at both 5.0.0 and 5.0.2 when using this with regard to monitor privileges, and you will need to go to a higher patch level than you currently are - but it can be done.
