Mike, My post about the last column cannot be null refers to not using a character to represent NULLS. It assumes that nulls are indicated by back to back delimiters. Sql assistant will handle Nulls represented by back to back delimiters but not in the last column. I have not tried adding an end delimiter, but my guess is SQL assistant will assume there is another column. Thanks, Bob Diehl
