Hi,
The first thing that comes to mind is to check the PI of your target tables. If they are defined as SET tables, with a NUPI and many rows with
the same PI data value then the high CPU is (at least) partially - probably largely - due to duplicate row checking.
Also, if your etl includes Bteq then look for large product joins, lots of aggregate, olap or statistical functions.
