I waited until the table was updated with new records and the stats refreshed. Yes, it's true, no stats in this case is (not better) as good
as the stats on every interval but the last. At least with just this query. Well, I've always known that no stats were better than old stats,
but in this case, it's no stats are better than stats that are not collected correctly. Sounds like I need to submit an incident on this one!
