System view DBC.Tables.

Columns that would give the information:

> DatabaseName
> TableName
> Version
> LastAlterName
> LastAlterTimeStamp
> AccessCount
> LastAccessTimeStamp

These are useful columns but how can they give the answer to the original question, i.e., the row&user-level DML (which is not the same as DDL) auditing?
