Hi,

External Authentication is a feature that is made available in V2R6. One option would be to use a single external LDAP repository for all user id's and passwords. Teradata would then be able to authenticate on logon against this LDAP repository. It is my understanding that a fair amount of work will be required and initially you will need assistance from NCR.

You mentioned SQL Server and Windows Domain logon, this runs from Active Directory which is an LDAP repository and could be used for single sign on
