If you have TeradataManager and configure it's data collection properly, you apparently get a lot of that information stored in tables at dbcmngr.LogSchmonSystem, as well as in the ...Node ...AG ...PG ...RP tables. I'm a long way from figuring out how to chart it properly (work in progress, too) but it's a good source if, as I say, you have TerMgr running.
