We are beginning to use them and they are great time saver for user management. They have been excellent in cleaning up some of our existing mess. We are running V2R5.1 and this is a little different than V2R5.0 version. The teradata@yourservice (ncr@yourservice) in the orange book section has some great write up. I suspect there are some very useful information in the past presentation of the user group website also.
