This is interesting information. Could I ask how you came about finding this out? Is it in the manuals somewhere, or is this a result of info that came about from an incident?

Also, I'm wondering if you happen to know if there is a way to monitor Lock Manager resource exhaustion? I'm aware of the lokcns utility, but using that is not for the faint of heart and definitely not recommended for customer use by NCR.
