Chris,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I must have missed that section in the manuals.

I understand that applications taking advantage of PM/API can monitor locks. And the Lock Display utility also provides this capability. What I was looking for was a capability to better understand the "Lock Manager resources" that can become exhausted. It seems that if deadlocks are occurring, one aspect of the system to examine would be the "Lock Manager resources" to see if that is the culprit.

Any insight on that would be helpful.
