If you do not have the documentation CD I would suggest you order a copy.
There is a set of manuals describing the utilities, in addition to a quick reference 'card' that provides syntax for each command. There are
also about 7 manuals describing various aspects of database management/administration.
One thing you will probably find is that Teradata is very different from other databases when it comes to administration.
