Just about everything you need is listed on the Documentation CD. There are also additional manuals, documentation, and white papers on the NCR / Teradata web-site. If you have NCR@YourService set up, you also have access to the knowledgebase. I would recommend, however, that you get your DBA some Teradata specific training, if not from the Teradata Educational Network (TEN) then at least from some third-party vendor that specializes in Teradata.
