Unfortunately, in V2R5 TDQM only queries can be candidates for rejection. In V2R6 you will be able to set a limit on utilities by type
(fastload, mload and fastexport), and could, if you wish, set a limit of one or even zero on fastexports during a specific time of day. However,
if you set it to zero, that would limit all fastexports from running.
One additional point on limiting concurrency by utility type, there is no delay capability as there is with queries, only a reject (probably
what you wanted anyway).
And no critieria other than the count of how many of such utility type are currently active are considered. So logonsource of the fastexport
job is not something that would be taken into consideration.
Thanks, -Carrie
