Subj:   Number of CPU count in ResUsageSpma table?

From:   McBride, Michael

We upgraded from a 4-cpu per node 4850 (V2R4) to a 2-cpu per node 4980 (V2R5) system last fall. I am looking at the DBC.ResGeneralInfoView which is reporting 4 NCPU's per node? How is this number determined, and why is it reporting 4 CPU's instead of 2. As an FYI (don't know if this has anything to do with it) we migrated all the data from a V2R4 database to the new V2R5 database via NPARC. Is it possible that a system table from the old 4-cpu nodes got copied over and is confusing the new system?
