No. Access Rights are not dependent upon the logon source. You'd need to have different UserNames for read-only and read-write access. You
could use a logon exit routine (CliUsrLgnExt) to edit and/or modify the logon string on the server side as appropriate - e.g. force a read-only
UserName when the development server references the production TDPID. See the Appendix in CLIv2 Reference for Network-Attached Systems.
