I've been having some trouble with a Multiload using multiple record types of VARTEXT from a Mainframe session. Some observations:- If there is just one record type then the file can be fixed block. If you have multiple record types the file must be variable block. A fixed block file can be used but the NOSTOP parameter is required to stop the Multiload failing, and the delimiter is required at the end of the record. Why you would want a fixed block file for a delimited file I'm not sure but some of the existing process we have use this? Can anyone confirm these observations or had any experience of multi-record vartext multi-loads they can pass on to me? Thanks Rob C
