If you were to check the reference manual for the utilities, it would read such that a maximum of 15 block level utilites (bteq is row) can be
run at the same time. This is controlled by a parameter setting in the DBS Control record. At installation time, I believe the default setting
is still set to 5, unless this has changed. This parameter can be set up to 15 and down to 0 (not unlimited - means none can run).
Since bteq is not a block level utility, you can run thousands of copies at the same time as long has your host system(s) have enough power and
resources to do so.
