I am not sure what exact reason caused this error, but sure about this error comes from NCR ODBC Driver for Teradata. From Your mail,
tdata32(will be as tdata.dll) is name of NCR ODBC Driver for Teradata and this error message is generated when your asp application calls
SQLDisconnect function of ODBC driver(This is my wild guess), Possibly ODBC expert can help for the same.
