It might be an indication that the check occurs on the server side and the HTMemAlloc is used in it for all sessions? I think the reset of this
parameter to 0 is only required for the parsing phase of the query. After that it can be set back to the original value. So, the "No HJ" setting
will only be valid for a couple of seconds, and no restart is necessary...
