All,

Is there a minimum free space requirement for DBC user? We started getting DBC out of space messages while it still had over 4 GB of free space. I added 20 GBs space, cleaned up things, but am getting an error now as I try to remove the added space. I was able to remove 19 GB but now get an error.

Present situation:

     Current Perm = 4,021,268,992
     Max Perm = 8,375,065,549

I know DBC needs extra space for transient journal and all, but is there some explicit requirement that Teradata also has? We are on V2R.05.00.03.06

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
