I got this from the people working on TDQM and PMPC.....

Not until V2R6 is there a session state for "Delayed" (by TDQM) or a report (in the Teradata Manager Monitor) that identifies sessions by id that are delayed by TDQM. This change applied to qrysessn and PMPC as well.

There is a window in the TDQM Admin that lists what kinds of objects are being delayed and their counts, but not by session id. But the window also has a report of the ordered items on the delay queue, which includes the session id.
