I need to populate a financial calendar table with work weeks that are based on month. The columns are year, month, startdate and enddate. startdate is the first Saturday after the last Friday of the previous month (which can be in the preceeding year). enddate is the last Friday of the month. The table should look like:

     year month    startdate     enddate
     -------------------------------------------
     2004 01       2003-12-27    2004-01-30
     2004 02       2004-01-31    2003-02-27
     2004 03       2004-02-28    2004-03-26
     2004 04       2004-03-27    2004-04-30
     ...

and so on.

Is there a way to populate the table in one pass?
