Hi, I have some one line questions; kindly reply in elaborate terms if possible with pointers to reference manuals if any. Is mload faster at the expense of resources such as I/O and CPU time? Is mload 'nice' to other users(DBC/SQL sessions) of the database? If the data volumes are huge (about 2% of table data is affected per session) I guess mload should be the choice but since we have about 40 tables we have to have concurrent mloads, in that case would 15 (MAX) concurrent mloads make it possible for other users to have a reasonable latency? Thanks, Sid
